摘 要:为了提高带式输送机运载煤炭数量精准控制,研究传送带张力和载荷变化对对称式皮带秤精度的影响。通过对称式皮带秤受力分析,建立了张紧力对称量段输送带称量结果影响的数学模型,建立了载荷对输送带垂度影响关系模型。最后通过搭建实验平台,对影响规律进行了研究。结果表明,随着输送带张紧力和载荷的增加,电子皮带秤测量误差由负变正,使得测量结果向偏大方向发展,输送带张紧力和载荷对测量结果具有相同的影响规律。In order to improve the accurate control of the amount of coal carried by belt conveyor, the influence of belt tension and load change on the accuracy of symmetrical belt scale was studied.Through the force analysis of the symmetrical belt scale, the mathematical model of the influence of tension on the weighing result of the belt in the measuring section was established, and the relationship model of the influence of the load on the belt sag was established. Finally, through the construction of the experimental platform, the influence law was studied. The results show that with the increase of belt tension and load, the electronic belt scale measurement error changes from negative to positive, which makes the measurement results tend to be larger. Belt tension and load have the same influence law on the measurement results.
