摘  要:以载人救援提升装备大容绳量卷扬为研究对象,对卷扬系统的钢丝绳模型、卷扬模型、负载敏感泵模型、负载敏感阀模型、卷扬系统仿真模型进行了理论分析,对卷扬系统液压系统进行AMESim建模,通过设计参数输入,仿真研究了变速PID控制方法应用前后钢丝绳速度输出动态特性,在卷扬转速恒定情况下,将第1层~第8层钢丝绳速度变化率42%控制稳定到速度恒定,仅在卷扬钢丝绳换层时有0.01 m/s的速度波动,仿真结果验证了变速PID控制方法的有效性,应用该控制方法可以解决卷扬系统载人提升过程中钢丝绳速度波动问题,对研究卷扬系统有借鉴意义。Taking the large capacity rope winch of manned rescue hoisting equipment as the research object, the steel wire rope model, winch model, load sensitive pump model, load sensitive valve model of the winch system and winch system simulation model were theoretically analyzed. The AMESim modeling of the hydraulic system of the winch system was carried out, through design parameter input,the dynamic characteristics of wire rope speed output before and after the application of variable speed PID control method were simulated and studied. When the winch speed is constant, 42% of the speed change rate of wire rope from layer 1 to layer 8 is controlled to constant speed. There is a speed fluctuation of 0.01 m/s only when the winch wire rope is changed. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of variable speed PID control method, the application of this control method can solve the problem of wire rope speed fluctuation in the process of manned hoisting of winch system, which has reference significance for the study of winch system.
