摘　　要：根据义马矿区某矿35030工作面煤层赋存条件,确定了液压支架的工作高度和工作阻力,研制了ZF6400/16/30Q型放顶煤大倾角液压支架。通过对支架的仿真模拟和主要结构件的强度校核,可确保支架设计合理,为大倾角厚煤层的高产高效开采提供安全有力的保障。According to the condition of coal seam occurrence in 35030 working face of a coal mine in Yima mining area, the working height and supporting load of the hydraulic support were determined,and the ZF6400/16/30 Q type top coal caving large inclined angle hydraulic support was developed.Through the simulation of the support and the strength check of the main structural parts, it ensures that the design of the support is reasonable, and provide a safe and powerful guarantee for the highyield and efficient mining of the large inclined angle thick coal seam.
