摘  要:针对矿井提升机传动系统结构复杂、工作环境恶劣、运行状态频繁变化导致提升机故障类型多且维修困难,在分析提升机传动系统结构和故障原因的基础上设计了一种基于互联网传输矿井提升机传动系统远程维护平台。通过设置传感器获取提升机传动系统电气、温度、振动加速度等信号,通过数据分析仪分析信号来判断提升机传动系统的运行状态,实现了对提升机传动系统的远程维护。经测试,该平台可以实时、远程记录提升机传动系统的运行状态,并能及时根据异常信号做出预警,为矿业生产安全提供了保障。In view of the complex structure, bad working environment and frequent changes of operation state of mine hoist transmission system, which lead to many types of hoist faults and difficult maintenance,based on the analysis of the structure and fault causes of the hoist transmission system, designed a remote maintenance platform of mine hoist transmission system based on internet transmission. By setting sensors, the electrical signal, temperature signal, vibration acceleration and other signals of the hoist transmission system were obtained, and the running state of the hoist transmission system was judged through the signal analysis of the data analyzer, so as to realize the remote maintenance of the hoist transmission system. After testing, the platform can record the running status of the hoist transmission system in real time and remote, and make early warning according to the abnormal signal in time, which provides a guarantee for the safety of mining production.
