摘  要:简述了矿用蓄电池机车控制器的发展历程以及机车逆变器的工作原理,分析现有机车逆变器所存在的电磁干扰、参数显示及机车司控室空间占用问题。针对以上问题进行了优化设计,改进了逆变器的电磁兼容性,改善了机车运行参数显示结构,集成了甲烷断电仪主机功能。通过对比分析可知,优化设计可有效减轻或抑制设备谐波干扰,增加了设备运行的稳定性,提高了现场安全操作性。Briefly described the development of the mine battery locomotive controller and the working principle of the locomotive inverter,and analyzed the problems of electromagnetic interference,parameter display and space occupation of the locomotive control room existing in the current locomotive inverter.In view of the above problems,the optimization design was carried out.The electromagnetic compatibility of inverter was improved,the display structure of locomotive operating parameters was improved,and the main function of methane power breaker was integrated.Through comparative analysis,it can be seen that the optimization design can effectively reduce or suppress the harmonic interference of the equipment,increase the stability of the equipment operation,and improve the field safety operation.
