摘  要:目的探讨髋关节置换术后护理中的失效模式与效应分析的应用效果及对患者防脱位相关知识掌握程度的影响。方法本文将2018年8月至2020年8月接受髋关节置换术的80例患者作为研究对象,对所有患者按照随机方式进行分组,对照组40例患者以常规护理作为主要方式,观察组40例患者以失效模式与效应分析为主,对RPN值、护理前后护理满意度评分、防脱位相关知识掌握程度、护理前后生活质量评分进行分析。结果两组之间的RPN值相比,观察组较对照组低;护理满意度评分、防脱位相关知识掌握程度、生活质量评分相比,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对髋关节置换术患者术后护理的过程中应用失效模式与效应分析效果较好,可提高患者对防脱位相关知识的掌握程度与护理满意度,降低RPN值,进而提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis in postoperative nursing of hip joint replacement and its influence on the mastery of relevant knowledge of anti dislocation. Methods 80 patients with hip arthroplasty from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects, and all patients were randomly divided into control group(n=40) and the observation group(n= 40) with failure mode and effect analysis. The quality of life scores were analyzed before and after nursing. Results Compared with the control group, the RPN value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the nursing satisfaction score, mastery degree of anti dislocation related knowledge and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of failure mode and effect analysis in the process of postoperative nursing care of patients with hip replacement has a good effect, which can improve the mastery degree of patients on anti dislocation knowledge and nursing satisfaction, reduce the RPN value, and then improve the quality of life.
