基  金:百色市科学研究与技术开发推广项目“金龟子绿僵菌可分散油悬浮剂防治草地贪夜蛾试验”。

摘  要:[目的]探究真菌杀虫剂金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421与其他药剂混用对玉米草地贪夜蛾的防治效果。[方法]试验共设5个处理组,分别为金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421 80mL、金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421 30mL+5.7%甲维盐7g(-30%)、金龟子绿僵菌C QMa421 15mL+5.7%甲维盐9g(-10%)、5.7%甲维盐10g和空白对照,在草地贪夜蛾卵孵盛期至低龄(1~3龄)幼虫期时进行施药处理,然后对玉米进行活虫数、死虫数、虫口基数等进行调查。[结果]金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421及其混用处理施药后玉米都没有出现药害症状,对玉米生长安全;金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421+5.7%甲维盐减量防治效果显著。[结论]防治玉米草地贪夜蛾选择金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421与化学药剂混合使用效果更好。[Objective] To investigate the control effect of metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 combined with other insecticides on Spodoptera frugiperda in maize.[Method] Five treatment groups were set up,namely,M.anisopliae CQMa421 80 mL,M.anisopliae CQMa421 30 mL+5.7% emamectin 7 g(-30%),M.anisopliae CQMa421 15 mL+5.7% emamectin 9 g(-10%),5.7% emamectin 10 g and blank control.The treatments were applied from the hatching stage to the early larval stage(1-3 instar) of Spodoptera frugiperda.The Spodoptera frugiperda in maize was then investigated for the number of live insect,dead insect,population base,etc.[Result] There were no harmful symptoms of metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 and its mixed treatment,and it was safe for the growth of maize.The control effect of metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421+5.7% emamectin decrement was significant.[Conclusion] The combination of metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 and chemical agents had better control effect on Spodoptera frugiperda in maize.
