新形势下我国省级图书馆学会面临的挑战与应对策略研究——以陕西省图书馆学会为例

摘　　要：图书馆是公共文化服务体系中的重要组成部分,图书馆学会作为这一领域的行业组织肩负着承上启下和充当桥梁的重任。随着政府职能的转变以及改革的逐步深入,图书馆学会作为社会团体已经不仅仅是会员之家,其职能也越来越多。但在目前我国图书馆事业的发展过程中,省级图书馆学会正面临着异常艰难的挑战与考验。本文以陕西省图书馆学会为例,通过对新形势下我国省级图书馆学会面临具体困境的分析,提出了促进其发展的相关应对策略。Library is an important part of public cultural service system,and as an industry association in this field,library society shoulders the role of a bridge between the past and the next.With the gradual transformation and reform of government functions,as a social organization,library society is not only the home of members,but also has more and more functions,however,in the process of domestic library development,the provincial library societies are facing extremely difficult challenges and tests.Taking Library Society of Shaanxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the specific difficulties faced by the provincial library societies in China under the new situation,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to promote their development.
