莫沙比利联合复方铝酸铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨莫沙比利联合复方铝酸铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月~2018年3月于锦州市中心医院就诊的老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者100例,依照奇偶数的方式进行分组,其中对照组(50例)给予莫沙比利口服治疗,试验组(50例)在对照组治疗基础上加用复方铝酸铋口服治疗,对比两组的治疗相关指标。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组疼痛消失、腹胀消失、缓解时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组胃泌素、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ高于对照组,胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的胃脘痛、纳差、嗳气、反酸评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者来说,建议采用莫沙比利联合复方铝酸铋治疗的方案,能够有效缓解各项临床症状,提高治疗效果,帮助老年患者及时控制病情,值得大力推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of mosapride combined with compound bismuth aluminate on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 100 older patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in Jinzhou Central Hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(50 cases) received mosapride orally, and the experimental group(50 cases) received mosapride and compound bismuth aluminate orally.The treatment-related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Time to pain disappearance, abdominal distension disappearance, and symptom relief in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of gastrin and pepsinogen Ⅰ were higher, and the level of pepsinogen Ⅱ was lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of stomach pain, anorexia, belching and acid reflux in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mosapride combined with compound bismuth aluminate might effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve the treatment effect in older patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, and help the patients to control the condition in time.
