钢-玻璃纤维筋混凝土复合管片的生产及应用研究

摘　　要：为满足轨道交通工程地下联络通道的盾构施工要求,生产了钢-玻璃纤维筋混凝土复合管片,介绍了其结构特点,并从混凝土配合比、玻璃纤维筋的加工定位、混凝土浇筑等方面介绍了管片的生产工艺。此外,通过三环拼装试验验证了成型管片符合相关精度要求。In order to meet the shield construction requirements of the underground connecting passage of the actual rail transit project,the steel-glass fiber reinforced concrete composite segment was developed,its structural characteristics were introduced,and its production technology was described from the aspects of concrete mix proportion,processing,glass fiber reinforced concrete and machining positioning,concrete pouring and etc.In addition,through the three ring assembly test,it was verified that its accuracy meets the relevant requirements.
