摘 要:为了使科研人员更好地了解相关领域基金项目的申请情况,提高基金项目申请书和结题报告的质量,介绍了2021年度地球科学部四处海洋科学与极地科学(申请代码:D06)相关项目的申请、评审及资助情况,分析发现:(1)2021年度面上项目和青年科学基金项目申请数均为历史最高;(2)近年来,面上项目、青年科学基金项目和地区科学基金项目申报单位数量持续增长;(3)2019年以来,海洋科学支撑技术和发展领域的研究逐步增长;(4)原创类和交叉类项目仍非常缺乏。分析了受理与通讯评审过程中存在的问题,总结了2020年度结题项目完成情况,并归纳了2020年度主要学科方向取得的研究进展。In order to enable researchers to better understand the application status of fund projects in related fields and improve the quality of fund project documents,we introduced the application,review and funding of the projects of marine and polar sciences of the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2021,summarized the completion of the projects by the end of 2020,especially for the articles with first annotation,and presented the important research progresses in the main disciplinary directions in 2020.The analysis found that:(1)The number of project applications for General Program and Young Scientists Fund in 2021 is the highest in history;(2)In recent years,the number of applicants for General Program,Young Scientists Fund and Fund for Less Developed Regions has continued to increase;(3)Since 2019,research in the field of supporting technology and development of marine science has gradually increased;(4)Original and crosstype projects are still very scarce.
