中国煤炭行业环境规制效率评价及影响因素研究

摘　　要：基于DEA模型研究环境规制与煤炭产业发展的相互作用,并结合产业资源、外商资金支持、经济现状、环境规制强度、资金投入、政府支持水平和产业经济绩效等因素进行综合考量。结果显示:环境规制对于煤炭产业的内部管理水平、运营效率、技术创新、产业规模等等均有积极的促进作用,能够推进煤炭产业可持续性发展,使其实现创新性突破。资源禀赋、外商直接投资、经济发展水平、环境规制强度、研发投入、政府支持水平和产业经济绩效等因素都与环境规制紧密相关。Based on the DEA model,it studies the interaction between environmental regulations and the development of the coal industry,and comprehensively considers factors such as industrial resources,foreign financial support,economic status,environmental regulation intensity,capital investment,government support levels,and industrial economic performance.The results show that environmental regulations have a positive role in promoting the internal management level,operational efficiency,technological innovation,industrial scale,etc.of the coal industry,and can promote the sustainable development of the coal industry and enable it to achieve innovative breakthroughs.Factors such as resource endowment,foreign direct investment,economic development level,environmental regulation intensity,R&D investment,government support level and industrial economic performance are all closely related to environmental regulation.
