摘　　要：总结了中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司应用小蒸发系统生产增值尿素优缺点,从小蒸发系统的正式投用后,经过生产实践运行后,从根本上解决了原工艺流程生产增值尿素所带来的腐蚀、环保上以及能耗大等不利影响,但同时也发现小蒸发工艺操作参数、工艺流程以及生产细节上有一定的短板,通过合理的优化与改造使得小蒸发系统在生产增值尿素时发挥更大的作用,为企业创造出更大的价值。The advantages and disadvantages of using small evaporation system to produce value-added urea in CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Company are summarized. After the formal operation of small evaporation system and production practice, the adverse effects of corrosion, environmental protection and high energy consumption caused by the production of value-added urea in the original process flow are fundamentally solved, but at the same time some shortcomings are also found in terms of operating parameters, process flow and production details of small evaporation process. Through reasonable optimization and retrofit, the small evaporation system will play a greater role in the production of value-added urea and create more value for enterprise.
