摘 要:2,2′,4′-三氯苯乙酮是制备农药和医药的重要中间体,主要用于合成硝酸咪康唑和硝酸益康唑等药物。以间二氯苯为起始原料,负载型三氯化铝为催化剂,与氯乙酰氯经傅克酰基化反应和结晶分离提纯等过程得到高含量的2,2′,4′-三氯苯乙酮,收率为92.01%(以间二氯苯计),纯度在99.8%以上。该路线原料易得,操作方便,具有一定的工业化应用前景。2,2′,4′-Trichloroacetophenone is an important intermediate for the preparation of pesticides and medicine.It was mainly used to synthesize miconazole nitrate,econazole nitrate and other drugs.In this paper,Mdichlorobenzene was used as the starting material and supported aluminum trichloride as the catalyst to obtain2,2′,4′-trichloroacetophenone with high content through Friedel crafts acylation reaction and crystallization separation.The yield was 92.01%(calculated by m-dichlorobenzene)and the purity was more than 99.8%.The route has the advantages of easy availability of raw materials and convenient operation,and has a certain prospect of industrial application.
