探索城市更新背景下交通枢纽与周边区域的城市设计——关于深圳火车站与罗湖口岸片区城市设计国际咨询的思考

摘　　要：中国城市开发进入从增量土地开发向存量土地开发转变的转型发展阶段,城市轨道交通站点逐步成为城市更新的聚焦部位,尤其是综合交通枢纽等重要区域。对《深圳火车站与罗湖口岸片区城市设计国际咨询》背景与方案进行分析,探讨如何在当代城市更新背景下开展交通枢纽及周边区域城市设计,不仅具有现实意义,而且为推动城市设计引领枢纽地区高质量更新改造提供思路。Urban development in China has entered the stage of transformation from incremental land development to stock land development,and urban rail transit stations are gradually becoming the focus of urban renewal and upgrade,especially in certain important areas such as comprehensive transportation hubs.We analyze the background and scheme of International Consultation on the Urban Design of Shenzhen Railway Station and Luohu Port Area,and discuss how to carry out the urban design around the traffic station in the contemporary urban development,which not only has practical significance,but also provides ideas for promoting the urban design to lead the high quality renovation of the hub area.
