超大型桅杆起重机结构设计分析研究

摘　　要：以某港口大型桅杆起重机作为分析对象,利用ANSYS设计软件,计算其对应应力,针对其强度,提出设计优化措施。选择大型桅杆起重机臂架头部的局部模型作为分析对象,与起重机设计规范的相关内容要求对比,提出一些针对性意见,为以后大型起重机的设计和分析提供参考。Taking large mast crane in a port as analyzed object,corresponding stress of the crane has been calculated by applying ANSYS design software and design optimization measures have been put forward on its strength.By selecting local model of large mast crane boom head and comparing with related content requirements of crane design specification,targeted opinions have been brought up to provide reference for large crane design and analysis in future.
