大型滑座式摇臂钻床的安装及在核电汽轮机汽缸制造中的应用

摘　　要：针对目前CAP1400核电汽轮机低压汽缸、高中压汽缸等零部件在制造过程中中分面和垂直接配面螺栓孔加工位置精度难保证等问题,提出了选用Z30100×65大型滑座式摇臂钻床替代现有地坑钻床的技术方案。不仅满足了汽轮机汽缸的制造要求,螺栓孔位置精度也达到要求,同时降低了生产成本。Regarding to issues of uncertain bolt hole machining position precision on middle and vertical matching faces in the manufacturing process of low pressure cylinder,high and medium pressure cylinder and other components of CAP1400 nuclear power turbine,the technical scheme of Z30100×65 heavy slide block radial drilling machine has been put forward to replace current pit drilling machine.The new technical scheme both satisfied manufacturing requirements of turbine cylinder and bolt hole position precision requirements,then manufacturing costs reduced.
