摘　　要：介绍了直径4000 mm的SB-265 Gr.16钛-钯合金封头拼焊工艺及成形工艺,封头成形后,对封头厚度、直径、周长、封头高度,内凸、外凹等尺寸以及封头拼缝进行检测,结果满足标准要求,并且焊接试板横向侧弯试验结果合格,证明该工艺合理可行,为后续大型钛封头成形提供了可靠经验。The tailor-welding process and forming process of the SB-265 Gr.16 titanium-palladium alloy head with a diameter of 4000 mm have been introduced.After the head is formed,the size of the thickness,diameter,circumference,height of the head,internal convexity,external concave,etc.and head patchwork have been tested,and the results met the standard requirements,and the results of the lateral bending test of the welded test plate are qualified,which proves that the process is reasonable and feasible,and provides reliable experience for the subsequent forming of large-scale titanium heads.
