摘　　要：从钢锭冶炼、锻造、热处理、取试、性能检验等方面对母材热处理试板和封头本体的综合力学性能进行对比,对2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢大型压力容器封头均质性进行研究,为后续大型封头生产提供参考。From the aspects of steel ingot smelting,forging,heat treatment,sampling,performance inspection,etc.,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the base metal heat treatment test plate and the head body have been compared,and the homogeneity of the 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel large pressure vessel head has been researched,which provides a reference for the subsequent production of large-scale heads.
