摘 要:通过高压均质法对多壁碳纳米管粉体进行预分散处理,打开碳纳米管间缠绕,并通过分散剂作用防止碳纳米管再次团聚。研究了经过预分散处理后的碳纳米管对环氧树脂工艺性能及复合材料力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,预分散处理后的碳纳米管在环氧树脂中分散状态良好,储存稳定性高。当预分散处理后的碳纳米管含量为1.00%时,室温下树脂黏度增加至0.7 Pa·s,仍具有良好的加工工艺性及可设计性,所制备的碳纳米管/炭纤维复合材料的层间剪切强度达到85.1 MPa,提高约37.9%。In this paper,multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)were pre-dispersed by high pressure homogenization method which opened the bundles between carbon nanotubes and avoided secondary agglomeration with the existence of the dispersant.The effects of pre-dispersed carbon nanotubes on the process properties of epoxy resin and the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.The results present that the pre-dispersed carbon nanotubes are well dispersed in the epoxy resin with high storage stability.The viscosity of the resin increases to 0.7 Pa·s when the pre-dispersed CNTs addition reached 1.00%,which showed good processability and design ability.The interlaminar shear strength of the pre-dispersed CNTs/carbon fiber composite is as high as 85.1 MPa,which is increased by 37.9%.The study will promote the engineering applications of CNTs in composites.
