摘  要:采用HClO_(4)/H_(3)PO_(4)混合酸氧化插层和超声剥分法制备了导电性好、表面积大的纳米石墨薄片,并研究了制备工艺各因素对纳米石墨薄片组织结构与导电性能影响。采用扫描电镜、激光粒度仪、原子力显微镜技术对优化工艺制备的纳米石墨薄片进行结构形貌表征。研究表明,m(C)∶V(HClO_(4))∶V(H_(3)PO_(4))∶m(KMnO_(4))=1∶3∶2∶0.1,反应温度35℃,反应时间80 min时,膨胀体积最大;乙醇∶膨胀石墨(质量比)=150∶1,超声功率为400 W,超声时间为6 h时,得到的纳米石墨薄片具有较大的径厚比,其平均粒度范围在17~10μm,厚度范围在50~150 nm。In order to prepare graphite nanosheet with good conductivity and large surface area,the preparation technology is studied by HClO_(4)/H_(3) PO_(4) mixed acid oxidation intercalation and ultrasonic stripping method.The influence of the factors on the structure and electrical conductivity are investigated.By means of scanning electron microscope,laser particle size analyzer and atomic force microscope,the structure and morphology of graphite nanosheet prepared by the optimized process are characterized.The results show that under the condition of m(C):V(HClO_(4)):V(H_(3) PO_(4)):m(KMnO_(4))=1∶3∶2∶0.1,temperature of 35℃,and the reaction time of 80 min,expanded volume is the largest;when the mass ratio of ethyl alcohol to expanded graphite is 150∶1,ultrasonic power is400 W and ultrasonic time is 6 hours,the average particle size and thickness of graphite nanosheet is in the range of 17μm to 10μm,and in the range of 50 nm to 150 nm,respectively.
