摘  要:以鳞片石墨、纳米Si和石墨烯为原料,经超声分散和溶剂挥发制备了石墨/纳米Si/石墨烯复合材料。扫描电镜表明,纳米Si被有效分散到石墨烯片层中,两者结合紧密,形成纳米Si/石墨烯复合团簇体,而团簇体又附着在石墨的表面。作为锂离子电池负极材料,石墨/纳米Si/石墨烯在200 mA/g的电流密度下容量高达808 mAh/g,循环100周后容量为602 mAh/g。石墨/纳米Si/石墨烯良好的储锂性能归因于石墨烯的高导电率及纳米Si在石墨烯中的有效分散。With flake graphite,nano-Si and graphene as raw materials,graphite/nano-Si/graphene composite has been prepared by ultrasonic dispersion and solvent evaporation.SEM observation revealed the effective distribution of nano-Si in graphene nanosheets and intimate interactions between nano-Si and graphene,forming complex cluster of nano-Si/graphene,which was attached to the surface of graphite.As anode material of lithium ion batteries,graphite/nano-Si/graphene delivers a high capacity of 808 mAh/g in the first cycle and 602 mAh/g after 100 cycles at a current density of 200 mA/g.Such good lithium storage performance should be ascribed to high electric conductivity of graphene and effective distribution of nano-Si in graphene nanosheets.
