摘  要:为有效解决预焙阳极焙烧过程中产生大面积的裂纹,提高产品外观合格率,提出在生块编组时采用金属框架将生阳极块间隔离开,生阳极组装入炉室料箱后将金属框架取出,并塞入木条保持生阳极块间的缝隙,使填充料能够自由地填充到缝隙中的解决办法。结果表明,采用金属框架可有效解决预焙阳极大面裂纹,弥补成型工序的缺陷及为成型工序的进一步改进提供了良好的基础条件。In order to effectively solve the cracks in the contact surface resulted in the baking process of prebaked anode and improve the product appearance qualification rate,the metal frame is used to separate the raw anode blocks during raw block marshaling.After the raw anode is assembled into the charging box of furnace chamber,the metal frame is taken out,and the wood strips are inserted to keep the gap between the raw anode blocks,so that the filler can fill the gap freely.The results show that the metal frame can effectively solve the large surface crack of prebaked anode,and make up the defects of forming process and provide good basic conditions for further improvement of forming process.
