摘　　要：新冠疫情的暴发使得城市人口健康脆弱性逐步成为当前韧性城市研究领域的热点问题,系统梳理国内外人口健康脆弱性的研究现状,对于推进韧性城市建设具有重要意义。通过文献梳理发现:国内外关于人口健康脆弱性的概念界定仍然较为模糊,尚未达成统一的认识,进而导致对人口健康脆弱性影响因素和机制的研究存在多元化现象,使得研究成果的规范性和标准化不足;当前已有的人口健康脆弱性研究多聚焦于水平测度和影响因素分析,而基于研究结果的实践应用仍然较为匮乏,尤其是关于如何“降脆”方面的研究有待进一步加强;人口健康脆弱性是韧性城市建设的重要内容,以实践应用为导向,反推人口健康脆弱性的概念,对于推进人口健康脆弱性研究具有重要意义。The outbreak of COVID-19 has made the population health vulnerability gradually become a hot topic in the field of resilient city.Systematically combing the research status of population health vulnerability is of great significance to promote the construction of resilient cities.Through literature review,this paper finds that the concept of population health vulnerability is still vague,and there is no unified consensus,which leads to the diversification of the research on the influencing factors and mechanisms of population health vulnerability,and makes the research results lack of standardization for popularization.Most of the existing researches of population health vulnerability focus on level measurement and influencing factor analysis,still short of practical application and transformation based on the research results,especially the ways to"reduce vulnerability"of population healthy needs to be further strengthened.Therefore,as an important content of resilient city research,population health vulnerability research needs guided by practical application,which is of great significance to promote the study of population health vulnerability.
