摘 要:国际维修审查委员会政策委员会(IMRBPB,international maintenance review board policy board)于2018年4月正式通过了IP180,用于指导主制造商在制定计划维修要求时,将MSG-3与飞机健康管理(AHM,aircraft health monitoring)技术结合,以替代部分传统定期维修任务,提高维修效能。当前,中国主制造商未在机型设计之初考虑AHM系统的应用场景,在与MSG-3的结合过程中仍有不少前提条件需明确。基于对MSG-3和IP180的理解,解读AHM相关分析逻辑的技术要点和具体步骤,并识别制定飞机维修计划的关键环节,明确前提条件和实施要求,为AHM方案的真正落地实施提供参考。In April 2018,IP180 was officially adopted by International Maintenance Review Board Policy Board(IMRBPB)for guiding main manufacturers to replace traditional scheduled task and combined with MSG-3 and aircraft health management(AHM)techniques for improving maintenance efficiency.Currently,main manufacturers in China have not fully considered application scenarios of AHM system at the beginning of model design,and there are still some preconditions of combining AHM with MSG-3 that need clarification.Based on the knouledge of MSG-3 and IP180,technical key points and specific steps of AHM related analysis logic are elucidated,key links of aircraft maintenance planning are identified,preconditions and implementation requirements are clarified and reference for the implementation of AHM scheme is provided.
