摘 要:为了加强白马湖片洪涝风险的管控能力,采用WebGIS与水文学、水力学模型相结合,构建了区域一、二维耦合的水动力学模型,将模型内于B/S系统,建立了白马湖片洪涝风险实时预报预警系统。系统具有远程操控功能,可手工或自动接入雨情、水情和工情信息,运用模型实时计算重要节点的水位、流量,自动发布预报预警,进一步提高了区域洪涝风险数字化管控水平,对于保障生命安全、降低财产损失具有重要意义。In order to strengthen the flood risk control capability of the Whitehorse Lake,WebGIS combined with hydrology and hydraulics models is used to build zone 1D-2D coupling hydrodynamic model,which is incorporated into the B/S system to establish a real time flood risk prediction and early warning system of the Whitehorse Lake zone.The system has the function of remote control,which can manually or automatically access the information of rain,water and working.The model is used to calculate the water level and flow of important nodes in real time,and automatically issue the forecast and early warning,which further improves the digital control level of regional flood risk,and is of great significance for ensuring life safety and reducing property losses.
