摘  要:为了在纺纱生产中合理控制棉结数量,提高成纱质量,分析在采棉、棉花加工和纺纱生产中产生棉结的原因,以及原棉成熟度、疵点、线密度、回潮率等对棉结数量的影响;深入剖析开清棉工艺、梳棉机分梳元件及针布规格、梳棉机吸尘除杂、精梳工序及现场管理等对生条棉结的影响,并据此提出降低棉结的措施。实践表明:控制棉结、提升成纱质量,要从原棉选配、工艺优化、器材选配、设备维护及操作管理等方面入手,做到生产过程中少产生、多排除棉结;清梳工序把生条棉结控制在质量指标要求范围内;精梳工艺做到轻定重、合理牵伸、优化隔距、慢车速、低并合、勤检修、重清洁和重保养。In order to reasonably control the number of neps in spinning production and improve yarn quality,the causes of neps in cotton picking,cotton processing and spinning production are analyzed,as well as the influence of raw cotton maturity,defects,linear density and moisture regain on the number of neps.The influence of opening process,specification of carding elements and card clothing of carding machine,cleaning and suction of carding machine,combing process and site management on sliver neps is analyzed deeply,and the measures to reduce neps are put forward accordingly.Practice shows that it is necessary to select raw cotton,optimize process,select accessories,maintain equipments and manage operation to control neps and improve yarn quality,so as to produce less neps and eliminate more nep in production process.We should control the sliver neps within the range of quality index in carding process,and do well in light weight,reasonable drafting,optimizing gauge,reducing speed,low merging,frequent maintenance,paying attention to cleaning and maintenance in combing process.
