清梳联自调匀整装置应用实践

摘　　要：为了提高清梳联自调匀整效果,改善生条条干不匀率,介绍FT-024型和FT-027B型自调匀整控制器的工作原理、匀整过程和条干质量参数设定方法;通过自调匀整控制器的应用实践,列举实际生产过程中常见问题及解决措施。指出:合理应用自调匀整控制器,生条条干的质量不匀率可控制为1.5%~2.0%,约下降2个百分点,提高了生条条干均匀度一致性。In order to improve autolevelling effect of blowing-carding unit,and improve the unevenness of the card sliver,the working principle,levelling process and the setting method of evenness quality parameters of autolevelling controller FT1-024 and FT1-027B are introduced.Through the application practice of autoleveiling controller,the common problems and solutions in actual production process are listed.It is pointed out that the quality unevenness of evenness of the card sliver can be controlled to 1.5%~2.0%by using autolevelling controller properly,and the uniformity of sliver can be improved.
