摘　　要：为了更好地发挥自调匀整并条机的效用,以立达RSB D24c型自调匀整并条机为例,介绍自调匀整的工作原理,匀整强度、低速调整、匀整点3要素的释义和调整方法;通过生产实例和图示,说明调整步骤和调整不当的后果;分析调整的前提条件、校准周期、评判匀整参数校准质量的方法。指出:用好自调匀整并条机,确保各匀整参数设定合理、准确,并定期检查校准,才能充分发挥自调匀整并条机的效用,生产出高质量的棉条。In order to give better play to the utility of autolevelling drawing frame,taking Rieter autolevelling drawing frame RSB D24c as an example,the working principle of autolevelling,and the definition and adjustment method of three elements of uniform strength,low speed adjustment and levelling point are introduced.The adjustment steps and consequences of improper adjustment are explained through production examples and illustrations;the preconditions and the calibration period of adjustment,and the method of evaluating the calibration quality of uniform parameters are analyzed.It is pointed out that only using autolevelling drawing frame well,ensuring that the parameters of autolevelling drawing frame are set reasonably and accurately,and checking and calibrating regularly,can the autolevelling drawing frame give full play to its utility and produce high quality sliver.
