摘　　要：为了选好、用好、维护好喷气织机用异形筘,介绍异形筘选用、使用和维护要点。阐明喷气织机异形筘要结合订单需求、使用频率、织物品种和纬纱比例等因素选用;通过坚持考核责任制、及时清洁并做好存放、制定合理运输方式、优化浆料配方、合理设计工艺等措施,做好维护保养工作。指出:选好、用好、维护好异形筘,方能提高喷气织机织造效率,延长异形筘使用寿命、降低成本。In order to select,use and maintain profiled reeds for air-jet loom well,the selection,use and maintenance of profiled reeds are introduced.It is expounded that the profiled reeds for air-jet loom should be selected according to order demand,use frequency,fabric type and weft ratio,etc.By taking measures such as adhering to the assessment responsibility system,timely cleaning and good storage,formulating reasonable transportation methods,optimizing slurry formula,reasonable design processes,maintenance work can be done well.It is pointed out that proper selection,use and maintenance of profiled reeds can improve weaving efficiency,prolong service life of profiled reeds and reduce cost of air-jet loom.
