布面纱疵产生原因的要素及其控制措施

摘　　要：为了有效防治布面纱疵,给纺织企业分析与控制布面纱疵提供参考依据,从形成时机、形成要因、形成过程和形成结果四要素,分析附入性纱疵、牵伸性纱疵、操作性纱疵、粘连性纱疵和规律性纱疵的定义、产生原因及主要特点,并据此制定控制纱疵的措施。指出:牵伸性纱疵分长纤维集束变速性牵伸纱疵和短纤维集束变速性牵伸纱疵,操作性纱疵分碰触性操作性纱疵和清洁性操作性纱疵;应依据纱疵产生原因,从原料质量、设备状态、工艺操作及清洁维护等方面采取相应技术措施对纱疵进行重点控制。In order to effectively prevent and control fabric surface defects,and provide a reference for analysis and control of fabric surface defects for textile enterprises,the definition,causes and main characteristics of addition yarn defects,drafting yarn defects,operating yarn defects,adhesive yarn defects,regular yarn defects are analyzed from four elements of forming time,primary cause of forming,forming process and forming results,and measures to control the yarn defects are formulated.It is pointed out that drafting yarn defects can be classified into long fiber bundling variable speed drafting yarn defects and short fiber bundling variable speed drafting yarn defects.The operational yarn faults can be classified into touching operational yarn defects and cleaning operational yarn defects.According to the causes of yarn defects,corresponding technical measures should be taken to control the yarn defects from the aspects of raw material quality,equipment status,process operation and cleaning maintenance.
