摘　　要：针对纺织企业漂染实验室人工称量效率低、标准化需求和自动化程度待实现、成本损耗大等问题,研发出小样粉体自动称量装置,通过对具体设计方案的细化与实施,缩短运输流程,优化称量方式。指出:小样粉体自动称量装置,结合皂洗设备自动化改造,替代人工称量,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,实现漂染实验室自动化中央集成控制系统标准化生产,提高了一次出样率及合格率。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,standardization requirements and automation levels needing to be achieved,and large cost losses of manual weighting in the bleaching and dyeing laboratory of textile enterprises,a automatic weighing device for small sample powder is developed.Through the refinement and implementation of specific design schemes,the transportation process is shorten,and the weighting method is optimized.It is pointed out that the automatic weighting device for small sample powder combined with the automatic transformation of soap washing equipments,can replace manual weighting,improve work efficiency,and reduce labor intensity;the standardized production of the automated central integrated control system of the bleaching and dyeing laboratory is realized,and the one-time sample rate and qualified rate are improved.
