摘  要:以羊草、无芒雀麦、紫花苜蓿和扁蓿豆为材料,按照1、2、4物种梯度,构建3个多样性水平的人工草地,分析多样性水平对豆禾混播群落根系形态及叶面积指数的影响。结果表明,直径0~1mm的根系主要分布于地下0~28cm土层,根长随着物种多样性的增加而增加;直径1~2mm的根系主要分布于28~56cm土层。禾本科牧草的根长随着物种多样性的增加显著增加,而豆科牧草的根长随着物种多样性的增加显著减少。无芒雀麦和扁蓿豆叶面积指数随着多样性的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势。羊草和紫花苜蓿叶面积指数随着多样性的增加呈降低趋势。牧草根长、投影面积、根体积和根尖数间呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。叶面积指数与根长、根表面积和根投影面积呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05),但与根尖数、根平均直径和根体积并没有显著关系。物种多样性的增加可以使牧草根系分布更均匀,且羊草与紫花苜蓿混播草地根系分布更多,有利于利用地下水分及养分资源,以提高混播草地的生产力及稳定性。The effects of plant diversity on root morphology and leaf area index of legume-grass mixture community was explored by setting three plant diversity levels(1,2,4 species,respectively;representing three diversity gradients)using Leymus chinensis,Bromus inermis,Medicago sativa,and Melissitus ruthenica.The results showed that roots with a diameter of 0~1 mm were mainly distributed in the 0~28 cm soil layer,while roots with a diameter of 1~2 mm were mainly distributed in the 28~56 cm soil layer.With the increase of species diversity,the root length of gramineous forages increased significantly,while that of leguminous forages decreased significantly.Moreover,with the increase of species diversity,the leaf area index of B.inermis and M.ruthenica increased first and then decreased,while that of L.chinensis and M.sativa decreased.There was a significant positive correlation between the root length,projected area,root volume and root tip number(P<0.01).Leaf area index was positively correlated with root length,root surface area and root projected area(P<0.05),but not with root tip number,root average diameter and root volume.In conclusion,the increase of species diversity facilitated the roots of legume-grass mixture well-distributed.Improved root distribution was observed in L.chinensis and M.sativa mixture.This is beneficial to the use of underground water and nutrient resources to improve the productivity and stability of legume-grass mixture.
