摘　　要：消费升级和老年人口数量增长背景下,社区居家养老服务成为我国养老服务的重要供给形式,如何提升养老服务质量是当前理论研究和实践的热点问题。将需求端的老年人服务偏好因素纳入养老服务供应链定价和协调策略研究框架中,运用柯布道格拉斯生产函数构建老年人满意度函数,建立包括养老服务提供商、社区居家养老服务中心和老年人的多主体供应链动态博弈模型,分析集中决策和分散决策模式下的最优定价策略和最优服务质量水平。进一步地,探讨构建“收益共享+质量成本共担”契约是否能够使分散决策达到与集中决策同样的效果,从而实现供应链协调。结果表明:服务价格与价格敏感系数负相关,与服务质量敏感系数无关,老年人服务偏好会影响自身的满意度;老年人服务偏好在一定区间时,养老服务提供商、社区居家养老服务中心和整个供应链取得最优利润;“收益共享+质量成本共担”的契约能够显著增加供应链利润及老年人满意度,实现供应链协调目标,形成三方共赢局面。The community home-based care services is the main supply form of elderly care services in China,the research on the pricing and coordination of the community home-based care services supply chain focuses on the supply-side perspective.However,the elderly,as the demand side,needs to be paid more attention.On the premise of considering the service preference of the elderly,Cobb-Douglas production function is used to construct the elderly satisfaction function,and a multi-agent dynamic game model including care service provider,community home care service center,and the elderly is established.The model is used to analyze the optimal pricing strategy and service quality level of each subject under the centralized and decentralized decision-making modes.In addition,in order to make decentralized decision-making achieve the same effect as centralized decision-making,the cost sharing-benefit sharing coordination contract is constructed for supply chain coordination.The results show that the service price is negatively correlated to the service price sensitivity coefficient,and unrelated to the service quality sensitivity coefficient;The service preference of the elderly affects their own satisfaction.When the service preference of the elderly is within a certain range,care service provider,community home care service center and the entire supply chain obtains the optimal profits.The cost sharing-benefit sharing coordination contract can significantly increase the profit of the supply chain and the elderly satisfaction,effectively realize the coordination of the supply chain,and achieve a win-win situation for the three parties.
