摘　　要：目的了解宝鸡市死因监测漏报情况,获得较为准确的人群死亡及健康水平指标。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,在宝鸡市12个县区开展2017—2019年常住人口死亡信息抽样调查,在死因监测系统进行核对,确定漏报病例,再整理汇总计算死亡漏报率、调整死亡率及期望寿命等指标。结果2017—2019年宝鸡市年均死亡漏报率为12.59%,县区之间差异较大,3个年度现住人口报告死亡率由原始的5.61‰、5.84‰、6.20‰分别调整为6.39‰、6.79‰和7.01‰,居民期望寿命由原始的78.82、79.05、79.13岁分别调整为77.50、77.54和77.88岁。结论2017—2019年宝鸡市死因监测漏报情况不容忽视,应定期开展死因漏报调查,提高死因监测数据的完整性和准确性,为健康指标计算提供参考支撑。Objective To understand the underreporting of death cause surveillance in Baoji City,obtain more accurate death and health level indexes.Methods A multi-stage random sampling method was used to carry out a sample survey of death information of the resident population in 12 counties and districts of Baoji City from 2017-2019.The data were checked in the death causes monitoring system,to determine the underreported cases,and then the death underreporting rate,adjust mortality,life expectancy and other indexes were calculated.Results The average annual death underreporting rate was 12.59%in Baoji City from 2017-2019.There were great difference among different counties and districts.The reported mortality rate in the current population of 3 years was adjusted from 5.61‰,5.84‰,6.20‰to 6.39‰,6.79‰and 7.01‰respectively.The life expectancy of the residents was adjusted from 78.82,79.05 and 79.13 years to 77.50,77.54 and 77.88 years,respectively.Conclusion The underreporting in death cause surveillance in Baoji City from 2017-2019 can not be ignored.It is necessary to regularly carry out the investigation of death cause underreporting,to improve the completeness and accuracy of death cause surveillance data,and provide scientific support for the calculation of health indexes.
