摘  要:除草剂作为作物保护剂广泛应用于农业生产和人类生活环境中,其在各种环境介质中均有持久性残留,并可通过消化道、呼吸道及皮肤接触等多种途径进入人体,因此除草剂能够对人体健康造成一定危害,并且某些除草剂被认为是环境内分泌干扰物,可对生殖系统造成深远的健康影响,在雄性方面主要表现为睾丸毒性。我们对2005年以来关于常见除草剂对雄性哺乳动物睾丸毒性作用及其机制研究进展进行综述,并对目前研究较为关注的几种常见除草剂进行详细阐述,旨在为除草剂睾丸毒性作用的机制研究提供借鉴和研究思路,同时为进行除草剂急、慢性毒性的治疗提供方向。Herbicides,as crop protective agents,are widely used in agricultural production and exist in human living environments.Due to their residues and persistence in various environmental media,herbicides can enter human body through digestive tract,respiratory tract,and skin contact,causing certain harms on human health.Moreover,certain herbicides are considered as environmental endocrine disruptors,which can cause profound health effects on the reproductive system,especially testicular toxicity in males.We summarize the researches on testicular toxicity of common herbicides in male mammals and its mechanism since 2005,elaborate the several common herbicides which are currently focused on,aiming to provide reference and ideas for the study on mechanism of herbicides testicular toxicity,as well as the study directions for the treatment of alleviating the acute or chronic toxicity of herbicides.
