摘　　要：炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎,以慢性复发性肠炎为主要特征。其发病原因目前尚未完全明确,并且缺乏有效的靶向药物,治愈难度很大。蜂胶(propolis)是一种具有多种生物学活性及药理学功效的天然混合物。相关研究表明,富含多酚的蜂胶提取物表现出显著的抗炎作用,可能是通过调节关键炎症介质的产生来阻断炎性反应。所以蜂胶有望成为治疗IBD的新型治疗药物,本文将阐述蜂胶在IBD中的相关作用机制及治疗策略。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),which includes Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis,is characterized by chronic recurrent bowel disease.The cause of the disease is currently unknown,and there are no effective targeted drugs at the moment,so it's really hard to completely cure the patients.Propolis is a kind of natural mixture with various biological activities and pharmacological effects.Studies have shown that polyphenol-rich propolis extracts exhibit significant anti-inflammatory effects,possibly blocking inflammatory responses by regulating the production of key inflammatory mediators.Therefore,propolis is expected to become a new treatment for IBD.This article will elaborate the relevant mechanisms and treatment strategies of propolis in IBD.
