摘　　要：目的探究妊娠期高血压患者血清可溶性内皮因子(sEng)、晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)、半乳糖凝集素-1(Gal-1)联合检测的临床意义。方法回顾性选取2019年2月至2020年4月我院收治的妊娠期高血压患者98例为研究组,另选取我院进行产检的健康孕妇100例为对照组。两组清晨800分别采集空腹静脉血5 ml,使用酶联免疫吸附法检测AGEs、sEng、Gal-1水平,分析AGEs、sEng、Gal-1在妊娠期高血压中的表达及意义,分析三者对妊娠期高血压的检测价值。结果与对照组相比,研究组sEng、AGEs、Gal-1水平上升(P<0.05);且轻度、重度子痫前期患者sEng、AGEs、Gal-1水平高于高血压组(P<0.05),重度子痫前期组患者高于轻度子痫组(P<0.05);三者联合对妊娠期高血压诊断价值高于AGEs、sEng、Gal-1单项诊断(P<0.05);AGEs与sEng水平呈正相关(r=0.685,P=0.003);AGEs与Gal-1呈正相关(r=0.472,P=0.001);sEng与Gal-1表达呈正相关(r=0.437,P=0.004)。结论对妊娠期高血压患者血清sEng、AGEs、Gal-1水平进行检测,能够对妊娠期高血压疾病进行较为准确的评价,值得临床推广。Objective To determine the clinical significance of combined tests of serum levels of soluble endothelial factor(sENG),advanced glycation end products(AGEs),and galectin-1(Gal-1)in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 98 patients with gestational hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were retrospectively selected as a research group,and another 100 healthy pregnant women who underwent birth examination in our hospital were selected as a control group.Fasting venous blood(5.00 ml)was collected from the two groups at 8:00 am.The expressions of AGEs,sENG,and Gal-1 were measured by using ELISA.The value of the three tests for gestational hypertension was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of sENG,AGEs and Gal-1 were abnormally increased in the study group(P<0.05).The levels of sENG,AGEs and Gal-1 were increased in the mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia patients when compared with the hypertension group(P<0.05).The levels of sENG,AGEs and Gal-1 in severe preeclampsia patients were higher than those in mild preeclampsia patients(P<0.05).The combination of the three tests had a higher diagnostic value for gestational hypertension than single test(P<0.05).AGEs levels were positively correlated with sENG levels(r=0.685,P=0.003)and GAL-1 levels(r=0.472,P=0.001).Gal-1 expression was also positively correlated with sENG(r=0.437,P=0.004).Conclusion The detection of serum levels of sENG,AGEs,and Gal-1 in patients with gestational hypertension could provide a more accurate evaluation of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
