摘　　要：探讨福州市技术交易及技术转移体系的情况,分析福州市科技成果转移过程中存在的问题及难点,提出推进福州市科技成果转移转化的对策建议。This paper analyzes the situation of technology trading and technology transfer system in Fuzhou in 2020,discusses the problems and difficulties existing in the transfer of scientific and technological achievements in Fuzhou,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Fuzhou.
