摘　　要：探讨吉林省高新技术企业的技术创新发展,着重分析在R&D经费、人员投入、企业技术创新产出等应用灰色关联分析影响企业技术创新的关键因素,并提出相关建议。This paper analyzes the technological innovation development of high-tech enterprises in Jilin province in recent years,using descriptive analysis,jilin province has insufficient R&D funds and personnel input and low technological innovation output of enterprises,there is a ratio imbalance in technology introduction and digestion and absorption,and the grey correlation analysis is applied to find the key factors that affect the technological innovation of enterprises,finally,the paper puts forward the problems of jilin high-tech enterprises in the serious brain drain of R&D investment and technological innovation of enterprises,and gives relevant suggestions to vigorously improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises.
