考虑焊接缺陷对双金属带锯条锯齿切削性能的影响研究

摘  要:双金属带锯条是由异种金属通过激光焊等方式制造的,激光焊接是影响带锯条切削性能的关键工序之一,异种金属焊接时可能出现裂纹等缺陷。课题组对考虑焊接缺陷的带锯条锯齿切削性能影响因素进行了研究,提出了考虑焊接缺陷的带锯条锯齿切削力数学模型,通过改变焊接缺陷参数,进行了焊接缺陷参数与锯齿切削力关系的研究,得到了单个锯齿极限切削力F与裂纹h和裂纹相对位置△y的关系,即“F-h”和“F-△y”。结果表明:单个锯齿的极限切削力F与h和△y均呈现出二次下降关系;进一步分析数据可知,当△y大于0.164 mm或h大于0.327 mm时,极限切削力F将不满足要求。Bi-metal band saw blade is made of dissimilar metals,etc.by laser welding,laser welding is one of the key steps of cutting band saw blade impact,when dissimilar metal welding,cracks and other defects may occur.The factors affecting the cutting performance of band saw blades considering welding defects were studied,and a mathematical model of band saw blade cutting force considering welding defects was proposed.By changing the welding defect parameters,the relationship between the welding defect parameters and the saw tooth cutting force was studied,and the relationship between the limit cutting force F of a single saw tooth and the crack h and the relative position△y of the crack was obtained,namely“F-h”and“F-△y”.The results show that the limit cutting force F of a single saw tooth shows a quadratic drop relationship with h and△y.Further analysis of the data shows that when△y is more than 0.164 mm or h is more than 0.327 mm,the limit cutting force F will not meet the requirements.
