摘  要:为了探索新疆阿魏的组织培养技术,提高阿魏的繁殖效率和速度。本实验以多伞阿魏不同外植体为研究材料,设置不同温度和激素处理组合,观察不同处理方式的愈伤组织及最终成苗情况,筛选新疆阿魏的组织培养的最优外植体和处理方式。结果表明,以幼嫩叶片作为外植体,在激素6-BA与2,4-D组合处理情况下,愈伤组织有明显的膨大,效果较好;以种子为组织培养材料,需先在4℃层积处理,打破休眠(以放置在冰箱门口的种子休眠解除最快),然后在22℃进行恒温培养,即可提高发芽率。采用不同外植体进行组织培养能够提高多伞阿魏的繁殖效率,将为野生新疆阿魏的资源保护和合理利用提供相关数据,而且对保护和开发利用珍稀药用植物资源都具有重要的现实意义。In order to explore the tissue culture technology and improve the reproductive efficiency and speed of Ferula sinkiangensis.Different explants of Ferula sinkiangensis were used as research materials.Different treatment temperatures and hormone treatment were set,the callus and final seedling formation of different treatment methods were observed.And the optimal explants and treatment methods of tissue culture of Ferula sinkiangensis were selected.The results showed that when young leaves were used as explants and treated with hormone 6-BA and 2,4-D,the callus expanded obviously and the effect was better.Using seeds as tissue culture materials,it was necessary to layer them at 4℃in advance to break the dormancy(The seeds placed at the door of the refrigerator can break the dormancy fastest).And then we carried out constant temperature culture at 22℃to improve the germination rate and yield.Tissue culture with different explants could improve the reproductive efficiency of Ferula sinkiangensis,and would provide relevant data for the protection and rational utilization of wild Ferula sinkiangensis resources in Xinjiang.Moreover,it had important practical significance for the protection,development and utilization of rare medicinal plant resources.
