摘 要:红鳞与铜脆缺陷是热轧带钢生产过程中的常见缺陷,尤其是高硅钢种的红鳞缺陷,一直是困扰带钢表面质量的重要原因之一。笔者精选了近几十年来日本等国家的学者关于红鳞与铜脆缺陷的部分研究进展,对相关研究的方法、内容、技术思路进行了整理,编撰成文,以飨读者。同时,结合笔者自己的研究经验与理解,对传统红鳞缺陷形成机理的疑点进行了剖析,供读者参考。Red scale and hot shortness are common defects in the production process of hot rolled strip, especially the red scale defect of high silicon steel, which has always been one of the important reasons perplexing the surface quality of hot rolled strip. Some research progress on red scale and hot shortness defects by scholars in Japan and other regions in recent decades were selected, the relevant research methods, contents and technical ideas were translates and abstracts, and compiles them for readers. At the same time, combined with the author’s own research experience and understanding, the doubts about the formation mechanism of traditional red scale defects were analyzed for reader.
