摘  要:为了研究热轧酸洗板晶间氧化的特点,利用差热分析仪器在500~900℃不同温度进行氧化模拟试验,采用扫描电镜和电子探针分析表征了晶间氧化的微观形貌和元素分布规律。结果表明,加热温度控制在700~800℃,试验钢板易于产生晶间氧化现象;随着加热气氛中氧气含量的降低,晶界氧化深度变浅,元素富集含量减弱;合金元素对晶间氧化形貌特征有明显的影响,随着Si、Al元素的添加,出现内氧化趋势。In order to study the characteristics of the intergranular oxidation of hot rolled and pickled sheets, the oxidation simulation tests were carried out at different temperatures between 500 ℃ and 900 ℃ by using a differential thermal analysis instrument. The microscopic morphology and elements distribution of the intergranular oxidation were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and electron probe analysis. The results show that the heating temperatures are controlled at 700-800 ℃, the test sheets are prone to intergranular oxidation. When the oxygen content in the heating atmosphere decreases, the grain boundary oxidation depth becomes shallower and the element enrichment content decreases;The morphology characteristics have been obvious influence by alloy elements, and with the addition of Si and Al elements, there is a tendency of internal oxidation.
