摘 要:针对韶钢3 450 mm中厚板轧机轴向力过大造成机组操作侧和传动侧钢板厚度偏差较大的问题,对轴向力的产生机理进行了分析,并对机组咬钢过程冲击载荷对轧机轴向力的影响进行了仿真研究。结果表明,轴承座滑板和牌坊滑板之间存在较大的间隙造成工作辊和支撑辊交叉是产生轴向力的主要原因,而轴向力的产生又导致了轴承座滑板和牌坊滑板之间的间隙增大,进而进一步便轴向力增大;机组咬钢过程冲击载荷对机组的轴向力有较大影响。在上述机理研究的基础上对机组轴承座滑板和牌坊滑板之间的间隙进行了修复,大大降低了轧机的轴向力,使钢板厚度偏差问题得到了明显改善,创造了显著的经济效益。Aiming at the problem that the excessive axial force of the 3 450 mm medium and heavy plate rolling mill at Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. which caused the large deviation of the thickness of the plate on the operating side and the transmission side of the unit, the mechanism of axial force generation was analyzed, and the influence of the impact load during the piece biting process on the axial force was analyzed. The results show that there is a large gap between the bearing seat sliding plate and the archway sliding plate, and causes the work roll and the backup roll to cross, which is the main reason for the axial force. Meanwhile, the axial force causes the greater gap between the bearing seat sliding plate and the archway sliding plate, which aggravates the axial force. The impact load during the piece biting process of the unit has a greater influence on the axial force of the mill. On the basis of the above mechanism research, the gap between the bearing seat slide plate and the archway sliding plate of the unit was repaired, which greatly reduced the axial force of the mill, greatly improved the thickness deviation of the plate, and created significant economic benefits.
