摘  要:为保证大型渔船能够及时冻结和储藏周遭小渔船捕捞上来的渔获,以某143 m渔业运输船冷冻系统为研究对象,计算了各个冷藏舱室的冷负荷;然后进行制冷设备选型,根据系统制冷原理与特点对关键制冷系统进行设计;最后介绍了制冷系统的安全保护和自动控制。结果表明:以高效环保的氨为制冷剂的冷冻系统能满足各舱室制冷需求,保证渔获及时冷藏;系统长期运行性能稳定,且满足相关安全规定。To ensure that large fishing boats can freeze and store the fish caught by surrounding small fishing boats in time,taking the freezing system of a 143 m fishing transport ship as the research object,the cooling load of each refrigerated compartment is calculated.Then the refrigeration equipment is selected,and the key refrigeration system according to the refrigeration principle and characteristics of the system is designed.Finally,safety protection and automatic control of the refrigeration system are introduced.The results show that the refrigeration system with efficient and environmentally friendly ammonia as the refrigerant can meet the refrigeration needs of each compartment,ensure the refrigeration of the fish in time,and the long-term operating performance of the system is stable,which meets the relevant safety regulations.
