摘　　要：针对某新能源汽车塑料顶盖外装饰板,采用CAD技术设计其注射模,运用CAE分析技术进行浇口数量和位置的确定。模具采用倒装模设计方案,运用斜楔机构实现了顶盖外装饰板外漏分型线的优化设计;采用热流道顺序阀控制系统、热流道冷水套冷却技术和随形冷却水路实现了制品外观和尺寸的要求,最终获得了合格的制品。For the plastic head cover outer decorative plate of new energy car, the injection mould was designed by using CAD technology, and the number and position of the gate were determined by using CAE analysis technology. The mould adopted the inverted structure, and the wedge mechanism was used to realize the optimization design of the parting line. The appearance and size requirements of products were realized by using hot runner sequence valve control system, the cooling technology of hot runner cold water sleeve and conformal cooling water circuit. Finally, the qualified products were obtained.
