长江中下游条崩型崩岸机理分析

摘　　要：针对条崩型崩岸的形成原因,提出3点预防及治理措施:创新护脚设计工艺,以草包袋装土护坡来局部代替抛石护脚,或将航道疏浚土吹填在边滩上,通过自然力量将泥沙输送到危险河段区域,减少河道冲刷,降低崩岸频率;合理规划船舶通航,针对不同护岸等级的河道,制定相应标准的船舶航速,对于枯水季和洪水季,也应确定船舶的最大通行数;以岸堤稳定为原则,尽可能少地进行抛石等硬质工程,通过植被根系来限制岸坡顶部张裂缝的形成和发展。In view of the cause of bank collapse,three prevention and treatment measures are proposed:innovative landslide prevention skirting design technology,use straw bags to fill the slope to partially replace the riprap landslide prevention skirting,or waterway dredging soil reclamation on the beach,sediment transport by the forces of nature to dangerous river area,reduce the channel scouring,reduce frequency of may;reasonable ship navigation planning,according to different levels of bank protection of the river,formulate the corresponding standard ship speed,for the dry season and flood season,should also determine the maximum number of ships;Ecological bank protection is to reproduce the green coastline of the Yangtze River.In accordance with the principle of bank stability,the slope protection concept of"soft if it can be soft,hard if it needs to be hard"is adopted.
