摘　　要：本文从丰镇月饼产业发展现状、丰镇月饼原材料特点、国内月饼产业标准化建设情况、丰镇月饼标准化发展方向等角度进行分析,得出如何促进丰镇月饼高质量发展,月饼产业标准体系应如何搭建的结论。This paper analyzes the development status of Fengzhen moon cake industry, the characteristics of Fengzhen moon cake raw materials, the standardization construction of domestic moon cake industry and the development direction of Fengzhen moon cake standardization, and comes to the conclusion on how to promote the high-quality development of Fengzhen moon cake and how to build the moon cake industry standard system.
