摘 要:实践出真知,知识与能力都需要实践来不断磨合与提高,素质教育更需要在实践中逐渐形成较为完善的体系,各种实践能力与教学环境对于培养学生的能力密不可分。高等院校担负着我国培养高创新、高能力人才的重要教育任务,需要对高校本科的教学环节加强管理,不断提高教学质量与实践环境是高等院校不断提升自身管理水平与教学水平的不懈追求,这就要求高校不断优化教学管理标准化体系。因此为了改善高校本科教学管理现状,不断汲取世界优秀大学的教学管理思想,本文结合本地条件不断优化与实践,探索出符合高校自身特点的教学管理标准化体系。Real knowledge comes from practice. Both knowledge and abilities need practice to continuously adapt and improve. Quality education needs to gradually form a relatively complete system in practice. Various practical abilities and teaching environments are inseparable from cultivating students’ abilities. Colleges and universities are responsible for the important educational task of cultivating high-innovation and high-capacity talents in our country.
